[Opinion] China and evolutionary thinking
I'm under the impression that Kaplan and Norton strategy maps (graphs, as far as I am concerned) are heavily promoted / taught in China. However, based upon the work I did in 2014/2015, given the highly targeted approaches to investment then it seems likely that there is some other mechanism of capturing (at a Government level) the evolutionary changes in markets. I'm not sure what this mechanism is, I'm still not. Every now and then I go on a random exploration. During my last wander, I did by accident stumble on this.
